“If I could give more than 5 stars I would have. I was buying my first car in 10 years and I was ready for a terrible experience. But as I was looking I found a car at Sound Auto Wholesalers and called them up about it. The sales associate, George, was incredible and was great to deal with. He had the car ready for me when I got there since I had about a 45 minute drive there. “What a great experience in buying a car! I buy a car about every other year so I do have some experience buying cars. I found these guys because they had a specific car that I wanted. Used car buying can be a little stressful for buyers and dealers alike after all beyond maybe a carfax and dealer records it’s usually tough to tell exactly how well a car has been treated. I dealt with George and he was a super friendly down to earth guy and I really enjoyed working with him. The car I was getting was a Porsche 911 and George didn’t rush me at all and encouraged me to have it checked out by a Porsche specialist that I use. He admitted they don’t sell a whole bunch of them and he would feel better if I had someone that knew them in and out look at it. The sales process took a few weeks and George was patient with me, never harassing me but still keeping in touch for when I was ready. They drove the car to milford for me for a PPI. Once that was done there were a few items that needed to be addressed. They addressed what they could and what they couldn’t we discovered what they would cost and agreed on a deal with Eric the finance manager (I’m so sorry if I messed up the name!), George was just more memorable. He was able to meet the APR of my credit union and explained (which I knew) that they get credit for doing the financing so he was going to do his best to meet or beat my rate and work the best deal. We settled on a number and off I went. Checking in a few months later the car is great, it’s everything I wanted and it’s already received all the fixes it needed as well as a couple of upgrades. I will certainly be back to Sound Auto for the next car upgrade. In a nutshell they have a great crew of super friendly people all working hard to get you into the right car for. they want a great experience from purchase through ownership and they deliver in spades.”
