“Haven't dealt with the dealership so I cannot speak on that service, but I go to the jeep service here for vehicle maintenance after two-three negative experiences at a closer dealership maintenance shop. I haven't had any issues with this shop. They are pretty straight forward, get oil changes and tire rotations done in a timely manner (a lot quicker than the other shop did), are patient when me and my kiddos sit in the waiting room, and it's always the same people that work on our jeep and greet us when we walk in. They have done our brake changes, which was done in a fair amount of time, and checked into problems when our jeep had shifting issues. They do have access to the Mopar extended warranty that we have and checked it out to see what is covered (other shop claimed that we didn't have extended warranty even though I had the paperwork and confirmation from Mopar itself). Pricing is what I expect from a dealership maintenance shop, but they give a rough estimate the best that they can so you are aware at what you're looking at price wise. Their estimate on how long it will take to work on your vehicle has been pretty accurate in our experience. Overall, I'm happy with the service experience that I've had here.”

“Really did a great job on my Jeep and staff was super great! One employee in particular, Ken, helped me with my window when it was stuck for free. Had me drive over to the garage right when I called and had it working within seconds and diagnosed the problem for me. Also, when I needed actual work done to my car, the guys got me in within days and had the problem fixed by the next day. They were very straightforward with me about what needed done, checked with me before they did any repairs, and also gave me a heads up on the estimated cost (unlike many garages I’ve been to in the past). I’ve never reviewed anything before, but these guys deserve some recognition. As a woman, it’s nice to go to a garage and not feel taken advantage of for once ☺️

“If you ain't afraid to drive and want to save thousands of dollars it's worth the trip. Ask for Sam great salesman. No BS no gimmicks
I talked with him on the phone. Made the deal drove 235 miles when I got there everything we discussed never changed. I highly recommend the dealership nothing like the south jersey area. If you want a good deal shop around here than call up there and you will be surprised how much you can save plus you will know you did good especially if you shop in the tri state area.”

“I love the service and no BS. They are not pushy. We typically deal with Adam but have dealt with others such as Tab. They are great people and have worked with us to get us exactly what we want. From what I have observed, everyone is treated the same and not judged by your appearance and assuming how much money an individual has. We are all treated equally. We just got our 3rd new vehicle there and we are very happy with our deal and Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. I also like the new manager very much more than the last one. I highly recommend buying or leasing your next vehicle here.”

“Had some warranty work on my new car recently. Started out my inspection failed because of a faulty part. The part had to be ordered and Dodge service department would contact me when the part was in. Promised to contact me before my inspection was expired. Some time had gone by without hearing from Dodge service department. My inspection had expired so I decided I better call. Found out the part had been there for a few days with no call to me. Set up the appointment to get the warranty work done and leaving my car in the morning. I was told I would be contacted when the work was complete. Waited all day thinking it was still in shop. Called them at the end of the work day to find out it was done for a while. Not happy with the lack of communication on their part. I will try not to use this department again.”
