“I had the pleasure of purchasing a brand-new Toyota Camry XSE from Youssef, and hands down, it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, and this transaction truly stood out. I’ll be the first to admit, I didn’t make negotiations easy. I had questions, pushed back, and wanted to make sure the numbers made sense. Through it all, Youssef remained professional, patient, and committed to getting me to the exact out-the-door price I wanted. He mentioned he was new to car sales at the time, but honestly, it felt like I was working with a seasoned expert. I typically hate the car-buying process, yet he made it surprisingly smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The internet sales manager and finance manager were also great to work with and helped finalize everything seamlessly. Even though it’s been almost a year since the purchase (I kept meaning to leave this review), Youssef still checks in and asks how the car is running, how service has been, and how I’m doing overall. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, but just genuine customer care. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserved one, even months later. That’s how positive and memorable the process was!”

“My family has purchased 4 cars here and have always had a pleasant experience. In October unfortunately my daughter was in an accident and has been dealing with GAP part of things. After months of back and forth my daughter just decided to go in and obtain a “Appearance Protection Warranty” which apparently has been the only document being waited to go forth with the claim. A gentleman (no name tag was on) was “TRYING “ to help her but seemed very annoyed and made it a point to point out he had never heard GAP needing the “Appearance Protection Warranty “ and made smart remarks of how she wasn’t going to get anything back (he wasn’t being asked) being her credit was bad and how he didn’t understand why she would wait so long to ask for that documentation. He went as far as saying “Who knows if it’s GAP that really needs it” so basically calling her a liar to her face . Now my daughter is 4 months pregnant and she just wanted to move things along since she has been without a car for 3 months and has been having to uber to and from work. Last thing she needed was this gentleman (if you can call someone that treats a pregnant woman that negatively a gentleman) to be so rude and obnoxious to her. He had a salesman by the name of Chris (who helped her purchase her car that was totaled) help him look for the documents on the computer and Chris did and was super nice about it. The no name tag guy printed it out on the desk and said “hope this is what you need” and just walked out. Now my daughter on the verge of tears after how she was talked to and treated by the no name tag guy said “I will never purchase a car here again” as to what the rude obnoxious man said insensitively “Maybe you shouldn’t have crashed”. I couldn’t believe what my daughter was saying much less how she was treated. We were planning on getting her another car here but this person has honestly made us not ever want to come back. The trauma of your first ever car crash and on top being treated like a bother and just a simple credit number really showed where this characters empathy is , if he has any. So disappointing and honestly disgusted with how my daughter was treated. Thank you to Chris who warmly welcomed and helped my daughter.”
