“The Al Piemonte Lincoln Body Shop—and especially Steve, the Body Shop Manager—are truly exceptional. Steve is incredibly caring, friendly, and professional, and he made the entire repair process completely seamless. He worked directly with my insurance company, honored the agreed‑upon estimate without any surprises, and got my Nautilus scheduled right away.
The repairs were finished in under a week, and Steve went above and beyond throughout the process. He coordinated with the rental car company to pick me up from the shop and later arranged for them to retrieve the rental once my vehicle was ready.
I’m very particular about my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work—my Nautilus looks as good as new. I highly recommend the Al Piemonte Lincoln Body Shop, and I will absolutely return if I ever need their services again.”

“Who buys a BMW from a Lincoln dealership? I couldn't find the car with the features I wanted on a BMW lot. I'm a seasoned BMW owner so I was comfortable doing my own research. The folks at this dealership couldn't have been nicer. No real haggling, I got what I wanted for my trade and they threw in some goodies to boot. Christopher was my salesman, aided by Jacob who is the new car sales manager. Christian, the finance guy, was a real pleasure to work with. They do have a restriction on bringing your own financing and I was afraid that was going to be a problem until they beat the rate I had secured. I do have excellent credit, that helped. This was not an all day event, either. Maybe a couple of hours? Unfortunately some of the goodies didn't make it on board by the time I picked the car up on New Year's Eve (completely understandable) but they rectified this immediately with smiles on their faces. The one negative, and the reason I can't give a perfect rating, was that the car I bought was formerly owned by a smoker and *somebody* put an ungodly amount of air freshener in it. It was absolutely overwhelming. I have worked very hard to get the odor under control and I'd say it's 80% gone now. I'm pretty sure it will eventually go away, but it is at least bearable now. All in all a good experience and a nice upgrade from a 22 to a 24 X5 with more bells and whistles.
Edited to reply to GM response: Hi Bobby thank you for your response. I wanted to clarify something that you perhaps misunderstood. The lingering odor in my car is not from cigarette smoke, it is from the RCP America air freshener that was used to try to mask the smoke odor. I believe it was not diluted properly. I did contact RCP America and their suggestion was the ozone generator. I, too, recently purchased an ozone generator for just this purpose and even that did not solve the problem. Repeatedly running an ozone generator inside a car will damage all the plastic seals. It must be used judiciously. The Chemical Guys Total Reset Odor Eliminator worked for a few hours, as did the Bio Bomb chloride dioxide bomb. None of it works for more than a day. I am looking at a detailer to thoroughly shampoo the carpets and extract the liquid in a manner greater than what I am able to do. After that, I don't have any other ideas.”

“This dealership is number 1 because of the wonderful people there. From Michael Muriel to Bobby Rathbun to Christian Schreiber, they provided the utmost knowledge in selecting the perfect car, a Lincoln Nautilus. As a woman, I appreciated all the respect I never got at other dealerships. My first drive with Michael was exactly what I wanted as he showed me all aspects of the car and answered any silly thing I asked him. His politeness was exceptional. Then Bobby, the general manager answered any other questions to make sure I had all the information. Christian followed up with the financial matters and made me feel better about the payment. Truly a pleasure to buy a car , which I thought would be difficult but was made pleasant. I look forward to my association with them.”

Discussed my needs with the manager. He was very helpful in helping me with the sales and explained all the current incentives and rebates.
This is the third Lincoln i have purchased with them Very helpful and pleasant experience

We had a few setbacks with our deal and this team stepped up to do whatever they could to help us work it out. They really took special care to be sure we were completely satisfied.
