“I received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation, so I scheduled an appointment. After arriving I was back on the road in less than an hour, with no sales pressure to buy an air filter, fuel filter, or anything else. The price on the coupon was the price I paid. Can't beat that!”

“I bought a used truck from Thayer Ford. I asked the service advisor if they could align the front end and get it back to factory specs. Well, Kevin, the service advisor decided that they were going to do it their way. Not only did they not get the alignment back into factory specs, but they never bothered to set the steering wheel straight. It’s like riding a bicycle down the street with crooked handlebars. I guess close is good enough for them.”

“Not very friendly and shows little care or concern. Had to schedule an appointment just to have issue looked at then schedule another appointment for work to b performed. Issue wasn't corrected. Issue is sliding side door not closely correctly and at times needing to "slam it" to close. It's already caused a wrinkle in the door that they won't do anything about. Ready to buy another Transit but going elsewhere for better service which is disappointing since Thayer is only a few miles away. Not first issue with them and they are getting a poor reputation in the community.”
