“I won't be back for service or purchase. Scheduled a transmission service 2 weeks out. Arrived and had been waiting 30 minutes of the 90 minute service; only to find they didn't have a part they needed. Would have had to wait much longer. I said no! Why didn't the service department check to see what they needed and make sure they had stock? Didn't offer ANYTHING for my trouble; a car, a ride, get the part quicker, free oil change etc. Waste of my time. My money spends just as good somewhere else. See ya”
