I found a truck I liked online on Autotrader, and was contacted by Product Specialist, Josh Adwell almost immediately about my interest in the 2020 Ford F-150 Lariet. I live an hour away and was able to travel there that evening to actually drive the truck, upon arrival the truck was all ready for me to view and drive, even though it was after 5pm. No rush, no pushing a sale, just friendly personal conversations. They were more than willing to work with me on my trade in of my 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited, and they gave me what I felt a good, fair price for it towards the purchase of my new truck. The next day we texted in the morning and came to a fair agreement on price for both sides. I drove back there that night and the paperwork literally took less than 10 minutes and was so easy, traded keys, and I drove away with my very nice truck back to Owensboro. It would be impossible to say anything went wrong through the entire process!
