“My husband and I had an incredible experience with Steve, Haja, and Mark while visiting Kia of Bowie! Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected total on our three-year-old plug in hybrid from a recent wind storm and needed to look into a new car to replace. We had our eyes on an EV6 for a while and the team did everything in their power to ensure we had a confident and workable transaction given the circumstances. Including staying past hours to make sure we had everything we needed! Additionally, the team was readily available the next day when we had additional questions post purchase and were able to be on standby to assist when we figured out some new bells and whistles we didn't know previously about the vehicle. Thanks to the team for your amazing welcome to the Kia family!”

She took the time to explain the importance of the recommended maintenance items, and she followed up with me to offer a discount on the service's I had initially declined. I am glad that she did, and I am glad to have it done!”

“I drive past two Kia dealerships to go to Bowie because customer service is always so great. Most recently I took my car to Kia of Bowie to replace a tire. I called days before to see if they had my tire and make an appointment. Typically I don’t have any issues but this time it was slightly difficult. After 40 minutes of being on hold and speaking to several different representatives, my appointment was made. Day of my appointment, I show up and the parts department never ordered my tires. Once Cortez realized the mistake, he was quick to problem solve. Instead of having me wait all day, he ordered me an uber to and from the dealership and ensured my service wasn’t interrupted. Cortez is always professional, courteous and friendly and is one of the reasons why I always come back to Bowie. My recent visit is only receiving 5 stars because of him.”

“Outstanding Customer Service & Another Great Experience! This is my second time purchasing a car from this dealership, and they continue to go above and beyond—especially Amy. As a returning customer, I already knew the level of service here was excellent, but this experience took it to an entirely new level. Amy made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. She personally went to another location/dealership to pick up the exact vehicle I wanted, ensuring I didn’t have to settle for anything less. She also made sure I had a rental while I waited for my new car to be delivered, which was a huge help and truly appreciated. And the exceptional service didn’t stop there. Dan in finance even gave me his lunch because I had been sitting there for a while—talk about customer care! Little moments like that truly show how thoughtful and dedicated this team is. Who knew a simple routine maintenance appointment would turn into a brand-new purchase? My new car is everything I hoped for, and the outstanding customer service made the experience even better. I highly recommend this dealership—and especially Amy—to anyone looking for a team that genuinely values their customers. They’ve earned my loyalty all over again!”

“I would like to acknowledge that this location is in a transition right now with staff, so I try to be patient with them while still advocating for myself as a customer. But, I miss when the service team would review the work that was done on the vehicle, in detail, before taking payment and returning my vehicle to me. I've experienced some agreed upon services getting forgotten, a delay in follow-up from the team, and a hard time getting my services done in a timely and efficient manner due to inconvenient work hours (designated days/times for diagnostic services, etc). It is for this reason that I wanted to be able to leave my vehicle to have ALL diagnostic/repair services done at the same time, with the request of a loaner car. I was willing to wait until one was available for my use. Once I spoke to Jeremy he took the time to identify my needs, figure out a plan that I was comfortable with, and made sure that I would get everything taken care of within my appointment. When the day came he was efficient, communicative, and most importantly KIND! He made sure my loaner was clean, gassed up, and ready for my use. The paperwork process was simple. And he made me comfortable to leave my car in his care. So thank you, Jeremy, for making this a pleasant experience for me. I will be back and I hope that the team hits their stride to where every experience is comparable to the one I had on 10/8/25.”
