I called in and had the opportunity to connect with a really friendly salesman, John Ludwig. He was really easy to get along with and produced all the answers to my questions about the van I had in my focus. He was timely with calls back and went the extra mile in trying to coordinate a time so I might come and potentially purchase the van. In the end, someone luckier than us got there first and purchased the vehicle, but I was sure to keep John’s number in my phone in case something else comes up. Although 300 miles+ away, I’d make the drive to work with John, no doubt.
