“Outstanding Experience! I recently purchased an Escalade and had the pleasure of working with Alberto Najera, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and above all, communicative. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. What really stood out was how thorough Alberto was, he took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every feature of the vehicle, and made sure I understood all my options without ever feeling pressured. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely listens and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy, but that’s exactly what he did. Also, I had the pleasure of working with Austin in finance! “I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mike Maroone Cadillac in Boulder. I traded in my vehicle on September 23rd, and as of November 4th, they have still not paid off my trade-in. Because of their negligence, my credit has been negatively affected, and I’ve been forced to continue making payments on a vehicle I no longer own. After contacting GM Financial, I was told that they sent the paperwork back to Mike Maroone to correct Tax Credit issues, but have not heard anything back from the dealership since. To make matters worse, GM Financial doesn’t even have any record of my new vehicle information from the dealer. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that customer satisfaction and proper handling of financial paperwork are not priorities for this dealership. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing or trading in a vehicle here to proceed with caution, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.”

“We had an unfortunate experience with this dealership. The interaction deteriorated quickly, with high emotions and unprofessional behavior. One salesperson even left a voicemail demanding that I “pick up the phone” despite us communicating effectively via text — there was no reason for that escalation. Additionally, he seemed frustrated that I have both a personal and work phone number, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The dealership also mentioned they had been scammed before and insinuated that I might be doing the same, which was both inappropriate and disappointing. To make matters worse, they failed to inform me that a rebate included in their pricing was set to expire at month-end. It’s the salesperson’s responsibility to clearly communicate rebate timelines and pricing details to customers. Overall, it was an unfortunate experience that reflected a lack of training and professionalism. I would recommend avoiding this dealership — there are other options in the area that value their customers and communicate more effectively.”

“Called about a tsb part on my vehicle. Person on the phone got aggressive with me. Didn't give me his name and was mad that I called looking for a part or a service. Idk why I was transferred there without warning or even anyone explaining what I needed. Screw Mike maroone. I just want this differential fluid to stop leaking and they dont wanna help”
