“I have been bringing my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse here for regular service and oil changes for a few years and have had no complaints up until today. I booked an appointment online through the dealership's website for 1230. I arrived around 1210 and was asked if I would be ok waiting around for a bit because the service department was on lunch until 1. If they don't service any appointments in the 12 o'clock hour, why allow customers to book an appointment at that time? The young man behind the counter even said he has told his bosses that this is a problem. So clearly we don't care about our customers who have other appointments and obligations to take care of.
I was told my vehicle would be taken immediately at 1 and would be done by 2. The only problem is I was called into work and agreed to go because I thought my 1230 appointment meant 1230. Going to be looking into another local dealer to have my car serviced.”
