“Reached out to this dealer in December to purchase a 2026 3500 in ceramic gray. I was initially contacted by Kyleigh and then I believe Josh the sales manager. I explained what I was attempting to do, explained I was pre-approved through my own credit union, and had money to put down if necessary. I was told i would be sent a trade offer and numbers breakdown. It is now March and I have yet to receive that information, the truck is still sitting on their lot, and they still flood my emails with their junk sales and service advertisements. I wouldnt do business with them on any level and have requested to be removed from their email distro yet I still receive emails. Crazy missed an easy sale opportunity.”
