“Was recommended to this place by a friend who told me to speak to Jess, probably the worst experience I’ve had all in under 20 minutes. That included me test driving the car, getting a trade in value, and speaking to Jess. This isn’t my first rodeo buying a car, I get a new car every 3-4 years. The way I was treated and low balled on a trade in, I laughed and left. When I turned down the low ball offer which was a $3000 difference from 2 other dealerships, they attempted to try and remedy the insult. I told them don’t even bother. They thought they had a sucker. And I love the classic line, “Well you need new tires”. In which Jess proceeded to try and argue back and forth when I advised her tires aren’t $3000. Not to mention the rude comment made by the financing team in the glass office, really taking bets if I was a male or female? Couldn’t have been more obvious with your comment “I thought she was a he too”. Very classy! That’s good to know how you treat law enforcement personnel when they are not in uniform. Thank you for the interaction. It humbled me.”
