I recently purchased a vehicle from Preston BMW. I was impressed with the quality of customer service I received from my salesperson, Mike Wescott and the Sales Manager, Estevan Suarez. I traveled over 3 hours to get there and they made sure the vehicle was ready and communicated very well throughout the whole process. If you are in the market for a quality vehicle at a fair price and great customer service, I highly recommend Preston BMW.

It was great working with Kyle, Fahim, and Joe. Prior to working with this dealership I shopped around multiple BMW dealerships in the region. They got me the best deal I could find on my new vehicle and my trade. Kyle provided a personal, hassle free, no nonsense experience. I recommend them for your BMW needs.

Having purchased many BMWs and other German brands, I always try to stay local to support the local dealerships. Unfortunately, my experience with Preston BMW was not pleasant and nothing like I have experience before. The good. I received a response to my initial request quite quickly. It was from there internet person who then directs it to a salesperson. Another positive was the salesperson responded quickly too and via the communication method I requested, text. Unfortunately that's where it stops being a good experience. I had a simple request and was told I would hear back the next day but I heard nothing for almost a week. I reached out again and again nothing but crickets. I finally did get a response and was told they were busy due to month end so apparently means they can't get back to you one way or another. At this time I was given an answer to my request on a custom order and I said this was promising and I probably wanted to proceed so I asked for a time to discuss on the phone. Again another two or three days go by with no response despite the fact that I reached out again. Just when I was about to give up I got a response. However they told me they couldn't honor the terms of what they originally texted me with no real explanation. Keep in mind I didn't provide them a deal I wanted, they came to me with an unsolicited deal. To make matters worse I received a follow-up email that was more a generic customer service satisfaction type follow up communication. And I responded that I was disappointed as I have not heard back on several occasions and was told that they would escalate this to the manager but that's been like 4 days ago and I've heard nothing. Fortunately there are a lot of BMW dealers within a 40-60 minute drive that are more professional and trustworthy. I would probably even be more skeptical of their service practices given this. Even if they came back and honored the original deal I don't think I would proceed and probably would pay more elsewhere given this dealer is not trustworthy. I think this experience is a reflection of culture and management of this dealership which is bad and a tarnish to the brand.

Our salesman Joe Beike was amazing, very enjoyable buying experience and the finance department was quick and efficient. Great price on my used BMW and it was clean and full of gas.
