“Two stars for the dealership cause they are nice people. I truly can not give enough negative stars for the Ram brand. When I spent my VA disability on a Ram 1500 I truly thought it would be a great investment and last like it should.. Boy... was I wrong. The dreaded Hemi tick and having to spend 5 grand on getting the engine worked on before it even reached 100,000 miles... and it having issues again 15000 miles later. AN ISSUE THEY KNEW WAS IN THEIR TRUCKS BUT DID NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT IT. Non stop issues with my trailer breaking system even though I have never pulled a trailer which constantly effects my ABS and cruise control. Repetitive basic mechanical issues since the beginning eating away money. Now my Uconnect is glitching with no way to control where my air conditioning goes in the Arizona heat other than on my feet with no way to change it. They wanted $175 just to take 5 minutes to attach a USB drive only to see IF they can fix it. They won't give me the software update online to do myself. What I thought would be a great investment has only been the opposite with the truck becoming an expensive money pit with non stop issues from the get go. Definitely will NEVER now recommend a Ram truck to anyone I talk to about trucks. Starting with you DON'T get what you pay for in the first place. Capitalism at it's NOT so finest. Sad when made in the USA is NOT the way to go anymore. I am just going to get a new truck and it WON'T be a Ram and might not even be another American made truck after this shoddy made Ram product! Thanks for nothing Ram... Wish I had never spent my VA disability on it in the first place and had bought a different brand that would have been worth it!”

“They had my van for 3 months! I was trapped in the desert camping with no vehicle 3 months. Terrible communication on every call! Hybrid battery issue. After a painful 3 months and terrible communication with STAR service from Chrysler on rental car we never got a rental ! My handicap wife and 7 year old granddaughter were literally stranded in the desert camping in a tent in the heat! Turns out it just needed a new 12 volt battery not a new hybrid battery! The van had 4k miles on it and like new! We had to rely on other campers we did not know to bum rides with to stores etc. we were 30 minutes from dealership in the middle of desert . We were on a trip from Ohio when the van wouldn’t start . Huge mistake towing it to this place . I later just for curiosity took it to another dealership back home . Not a thing wrong and they questioned why a 12 volt battery at a cost of 400 bucks was charged to me on a van with 4k miles on it . The service manager and her assistant gave me a huge run around for 3 months with no answers other than they were afraid to bother Chrysler corp/ STAR . He kept saying he will not bug them because they will put us at the bottom of list !! 3 months just sitting in the back of building with 12 volt unhooked . I got a ride to come get something I needed out of the van and the service manager guarded me like I was going to commit a crime. The van was completely unhooked from battery . Before I had it towed everything worked on 12 volt it just wouldn’t turn over . The van was sitting in the corner in back of building . I had to walk around to find it and got screamed at by some service tech saying I shouldn’t be back there . I said I needed something from my van and he said no get out of here ! I finally found the service manager and she acted very very weird toward me. Asked a question about the van and she said she had no idea !! 3 months of hell!! Its been several months now and I’m still considering getting a lawyer . I have documents and proof after a full diagnostics that nothing and I mean nothing was wrong with the van . The 12 volt ran out of charge because I had the back door open all night. I didn’t bother trying to jump start it because it said to never do this with a hybrid so I trusted the dealership ! First day it was there the service guy said they would charge it for me . Then they said it needed a new 12 volt . Two days later they said it was under recall . I already had the recall done a month before it was a simple software update ! My paperwork from service said 12 volt replacement . It said nothing at all about recall service, hybrid issues, nothing . After complaining to general manager and saying I was going to get an attorney miraculously the van was ready next day. Service manager said on phone they got the part to fix hybrid. Nothing was ever said about a part or nothing on paperwork said a word about a part being installed! Complete bull! The dealership I took it to when we returned to Ohio said it sounded like they were trying to get a new hybrid battery through the recall process to charge for it through warranty! They also said this would have been a month or two process through STAR . When They refused to issue a new hybrid battery under warranty because nothing diagnosed showed any codes for a new battery ! Then after me threatening the dealership with a lawyer they just gave up called me and said all the nonsense about a part !! I’ve already contacted an Attorney and like I said seriously thinking of going after them ! Attorney asked for me to contact them and ask for proof of this supposedly installed part to the hybrid . Paperwork by law must explain this part and it does not”

“I have a Jeep 4XE that broke down going through Blythe and towed to Finn. The customer service was outstanding, Kim and Ricky kept me informed and shuttled me a short distance. Best part, they had it repaired before expected, just a few days! Thank you so much.”

“Richard in the parts department was outstanding. Ran into a crisis on a Ram 1500. Out of town customer in our shop needed a particular Dodge only part. Parts are back ordered and no telling when parts would be available. I called all around Phoenix and no one wanted to help. I was told that there was one in Blythe Ca. I called and it was sold approximately an hour prior to me calling. Richard took the bull by the horns and found me one, overnighted to him and I made the customer go pick it up to get back to us to install. Everyone happy! That’s customer service! In a world of cant’s and oh wells, King Richard made things happen. Hail to Richard in the parts department and Finn Dodge! 10 star service”

“We had the best experience with Adam at Larry Green CJD. We came from Riverside after having a less than desirable experience at another dealership. Adam kept us completely informed as we waited for our jeep to arrive and he made the purchase so easy. The jeep was ready with a full charge and a full tank of gas. Adam found a Jeep loyalty discount for us they we didn’t know we were entitled to. This experience ranks in the top two buying experiences that we have had in over 40 years of buying new vehicles.”
