“I went to Freeway Ford for an oil change and was told it would take 60-90 minutes to complete. They were done in approximately 45. As part of the general maintenance inspection the technician took a video of the process. I was able to watch it in real time. This was the nicest car maintenance appointment I’ve ever had and I was notified of every step of the process. Friendly, professional, customer focused service writers too. What a great experience!!!”
