ā€œNeeded to replace my 2004 Volvo with something newer and with fewer miles. Had a mind to buy a Mercedes Benz GLA this time. Found a great vehicle in their inventory. Called and booked an appointment with Devin Singh. He made the entire process, from walk-in to drive out a thoroughly enjoyable thing. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with. And their coffee is pretty good, too! If you're in the market, I highly recommend Feldmann.ā€

ā€œI’ve been a loyal customer of Feldmann Imports for years and have spent well over six figures here. Donnie in sales and Ryan in service have always treated me with nothing but respect — my review has nothing to do with them. I have been loyal to Feldmann Imports and the brand for years because of the relationship that I had with these two amazing people. However, this is about management because the way they handled a serious safety issue was unbelievable. I purchased a 2025 G550 on September 5, 2025 for $160,000. The SAME day I took delivery, the vehicle had electrical issues. The entire infotainment screen shut off while driving, meaning I could not see my speed — a direct safety impairment under Minnesota Lemon Law (Minn. Stat. § 325F.665), which covers defects that ā€œsubstantially impair use or safety.ā€ I also had repeated check-engine lights and electrical malfunctions, all documented. The vehicle was in service three times in 35 days (Sept 8–11, Sept 29–30, and again starting Oct 8). After that last visit, I never got the vehicle back. It sat with them from October 8th onward. I emailed Joe Feldmann directly, and to his credit (thank you Joe), he responded within 5 minutes and looped in Lloyd Nickel and Andrew Parisse. But then — radio silence. I shouldn’t have had to email Joe to get the ball moving. Also shouldn’t have had to bring a new car in 3 times without management ever reaching out to me. Neither Lloyd nor Andrew ever replied. I had to physically come into the dealership the following week. Lloyd admitted he saw my email and still didn’t respond. Another manager (Jim) tried to gaslight the situation and insist it ā€œjust needed an updateā€ and stated that this would not be deemed a lemon even though the screen failure clearly made the vehicle unsafe to operate. Which is contradictory to the MN lemon law. Meanwhile, I was stuck dealing with this mess for a month and a half — with no resolution, no urgency, and not a single formal apology from anyone in management. Feldmann eventually bought the G-Wagon back on October 28th after going back and forth with Mercedes corporate. But because they dragged this out so long, I had to rush into something else and picked a 2024 S580 for $100,000 off the lot on October 28th just to get back into a vehicle. That S580 ended up costing me over $10,000 in depreciation in just four months when I traded it at another dealership when I finally found a car I wanted. It’s unfortunate because the G-Wagon was my dream car. That loss is a direct result of Feldmann mishandling this from day one. Ten thousand dollars is a lot of money to lose along with hours away from work to keep bringing a car in because of a car dealerships mishaps. And for the public: They immediately listed that SAME defective 2025 G550 back online for sale. If you purchased a 2025 G550 from them during that window, you may have bought a vehicle they already knew had major electrical and safety issues. After all of this, I took my business to Diane at Richfield Range Rover and bought a 2026 Range Rover SE. The experience was the complete opposite — professional, transparent, and respectful. I highly recommend her. I waited some months to post this review to see what would happen on that end. I never got a follow up from management on how the S580 was doing, never received a formal apology for the hassle instead I felt like I was burdensome and I really just lost all trust with the brand overall. I genuinely wish this was handled differently. To be honest the issue isn’t really about the car because stuff happens. It’s about how I was treated and the level of service I received. The car too… but how they handled this is what lost my business. I’ve always had great routine service at Feldmann, which makes this outcome even more disappointing. This honestly feels like a bad break up because I’ve raved about everyone here for years. But the moment I had a real, significant problem, management showed me exactly where their priorities were. Because of this, I will never buy from Feldmann Imports again.ā€

ā€œBy far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into Feldmann Imports, I felt genuinely welcome—like I belonged there. The experience started with Austin, who called to follow up on my initial online interest. When I arrived, the car I was interested in was already pulled up and ready to go. First impression? Outstanding. They were expecting me, greeted me right away, and even knew my name. Quincy, our sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. There was absolutely no sales pressure—just honest answers and great conversation. The showroom itself is beautiful and spotless, which really reflects the pride they take in their dealership. Tom, the Sales Manager, truly stood out. He was the perfect balance of fair and transparent, and most importantly, he genuinely lived out the dealership’s mission of having a servant’s heart. It’s rare to see a business proudly display their mission—and then actually embody it. The biggest compliment I can give Feldmann Imports is this: I walked in fully set on purchasing a BMW M340i, but because of every detail and every interaction with this team, I walked out owning a Mercedes-Benz instead. That alone says everything. They took my wife and me seriously, treated us like family, and made us want to buy from them. And yes—the car is absolutely amazing too šŸ™‚ C43 AMG. Highly recommend Feldmann Imports to anyone looking for a truly exceptional car-buying experience.ā€

ā€œI’ve been to every Mercedes deal ship in Minnesota and visited a couple in Texas. None compare to Feldmann’s. Car & customer service is always top notch! I’ve worked with a salesman named Tray and he has catered to my needs perfectly everytime. I’ve bought three Mercedes in 2025 so far and Feldmann’s has been good to me always! I won’t switch from them. Even if I move I will come back to Minnesota to buy from Feldmann Imports, it’s that good! Customer service treats me like family and I love going in even when I don’t need to just to say hišŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø. Shouts out to Tray, Tess, Mercedes, Edin, Bill, and Mr. Feldmann himself. Much love to yallā¤ļøā€¼ļø first car was a 2019 CLA45 bought from sears, traded to Feldmann. Second car was a 24’ C300 bought from & traded to Feldmann.
