“I purchased my Aviator from this dealership five years ago. What will keep me coming back to this business, is their customer service in their service department. Any time I have brought my vehicle here, I have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. When I had an issue that warranty would not cover, they were fair with me. I know I was probably a thorn in Matt’s side a couple of times and he still worked to get me the best outcome! I recently had an issue due to the deep snow, I called the service dept Matt answered, had me come on up. They had me fixed and on the road in a very short amt of time.I live in Bedford, they are worth the drive! Thanks for being professional and above all trustworthy!”

“I took my car here because I was losing coolant rapidly with no external leaks. I ended up having to get my engine rebuilt, but less than a month later I had burned through 2 coolant reservoir tanks. They put minimal effort into recreating the issue and I was told by the service “manager” very sternly “There is nothing wrong with your car.” I am still under warranty, this isn’t costing me anything. How exactly would I benefit from lying about a legitimate concern about a rebuilt engine continuing to burn coolant?
Ultimately, I was told they would take the car up to another one of their dealerships where the manager’s favorite mechanic was to see if he could identify the issue. They again said there was nothing wrong though when returned the coolant level was lower than the line they had made to mark the initial level. I was nearing the end of my warranty and feared I would have to replace the engine, so I bought a new car to avoid having to pay for something that should have already been fixed. The refusal of this dealership to fix their mistake cost me over ten grand to get out of the faulty Ford. This was a terrible experience to say the least.”

“I had a recall on my four 2020 escape. Something to do with the brakes. They got me in right away. Did a great job very professional. Next time you want to buy a car I would go to community board Lincoln In Bloomington. Good people. Thank you Ford!”

“I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Expedition and had the very best experience. From the beginning, Evan and Randy were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They listened to my concerns, wants, and needs in a vehicle. Randy had me test drive a couple different vehicles to make sure I was put in the perfect one for me!
The dealership was very transparent about pricing- I didn't feel blindsided with hidden fees. The paperwork process was smooth and quick, and they even followed up to make sure everything was going well.
I previously purchased a vehicle from a different dealership and unfortunately had a VERY NEGATIVE experience. The vehicle had a ton of MAJOR issues that were not disclosed, and I essentially ended up with a lemon- the vehicle was unsafe and unreliable.
Overall, this was THE BEST VEHICLE-BUYING EXPERIENCE I've ever had. I highly recommend Community Ford Lincoln if you want a dealership that is interested in more than just selling cars. They genuinely care about their customers satisfaction. I'll be sending everyone I know to Community to buy their next vehicle!!”
