“This has been one of the best experiences from a dealer i have had in my life. I called into the dealership late on a Friday night, They were about to close, Audrey helped out by obtaining the vehicle the next day. Winter storms prevented us from coming in to see it for a few days. We finally got to test drive it with Justin and another one they had just reduced the price on. We ended up choosing it and were able to obtain it within our budget. We were also able to purchase an amazing extended warranty. THANK YOU SAM LEMAN FORD!!!”

“Rick was very helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely work with Rick.
Finance department leaves something to be desired. I did not like that Purchase documents were done online while in an office in the dealership with PA system louder than the computer. I had trouble hearing the finance person on zoom. I Repeatedly asked him to repeat himself. He promised to email copies but after repeated calls i still do not have copies of the documents. They keep telling me to check my spam. This was done multiple times. Requested they FedEx documents but no response from this request. Tired of waiting. I'm filing a complaint with BBB. After fileling complaint, documents were provided August 12. 40 days after the purchase.”
