“The salesman specifically was wonderful and tried accommodating to his best ability; however the company as a whole is not accountable, reliable, or thorough. I purchased a 4 year old used vehicle thanks to the impeccable hunting skills of our salesman Gabe, however just 20 minutes into our 6 hour drive home, the check engine light came on. After 5 visits to the dodge dealership in my area, and $3,000, a sensor in the fuel system was replaced. Also, before the purchase, Sam Leman was asked to help cover expenses of body work that was previously attempted to be fixed but not fixed well, and the response, after the purchase, was theoretically it was fixed the best it can be because it was fixed at a body shop. I took it to a body shop in my area and $1,800 later, the rear bumper cover was replaced with an OEM cover instead of aftermarket and fits like a gem now. The body shop also discovered the vehicle had a new quarter replaced on it which was not in the carfax. The 2nd key fob was at the wrong location so they mailed it to me (no big deal), but it arrived non-functioning. I also requested touch up paint and was told that would be mailed to be. It has been 14 weeks, I highly doubt the paint is coming. Gabe did a wonderful job hunting for my dream Durango, but unfortunately Sam Leman does not stand behind their work with integrity. They wouldn't even replace the rear wiper blade that was torn, Gabe would've had to take that out of his person gain which isn't right either.”

“Alfonso Masson is a great salesman. That's always the most positive thing I can say about this dealership. But my God do the finance people try to get you. *** Be Aware *** If you are not a shrewd negotiator are experienced in buying a car do not come here, do not send your wife or daughter by themselves. If you negotiate over the phone or even in person they're going to inflate numbers. I was told over the phone the lowest price they could reach. (lowest price per month) as my company pays a stipend for my vehicle. Well when I was taking the cost of the vehicle they gave me and just plugging it in a simple finance calculator my cost seemed to be much lower than what they were quoting me. When I came into the dealership to sign the paperwork, It was clear why. They were adding in a super expensive warranty and super expensive gap insurance that was inflating my monthly payment by over $65 per month. What I find dishonest isn't that they were putting those in there because I've seen dealerships do it before, it's that I was negotiating for the cheapest price which any customer would do and they weren't being honest when they were telling me the cheapest price. They were telling me the cheapest price with that included but they weren't telling me that stuff was included. Hell, if they would have just been honest I could have bought the car a couple weeks prior when I started negotiating over the phone. I'm not saying all finance people and all finance deals and the add-ons are a bad thing. But my credit union charges $400 for Gap that is superior to what the dealership offers for $1000s. I shopped around extended warranties through Ford and I also found them at close to 60% cheaper. My salesman was great. I've dealt with him in the past and he's honest and I really like him. But the people in finance are definitely sharks and you need to watch out to make sure you get the best deal for yourself. Would I do business with them in the future? Possibly. But I'll be damn sure I'm ready for all the shenanigans the next time I go in there. If anybody wants to reach out directly I can run you through the deal that was proposed and what I ended up finishing with. I'm very happy with the vehicle I have. And because I pre-negotiated it was not a big wait to get my new vehicle. I would say I was in there less than an hour. If you're going to shop at a dealership remember, if you're willing to walk into the dealership you have to be willing to walk out.”
