“Luis will lie to your face.
Before purchasing the car, I specifically asked Luis if there were any repairs I should expect after buying it. I also requested an extended warranty to protect myself in case anything failed later down the line.
Just two weeks and about 2,000 miles later, the car overheated and completely failed.
After having it inspected, I was told the vehicle needs over $10,000 in repairs, and the warranty they sold me doesn’t cover any of the issues.
What’s frustrating is that I wasn’t expecting a perfect car. I even told them I was willing to handle reasonable follow-up repairs. The only thing I wanted was a decent warranty that would actually cover major problems to avoid exactly this type of situation.
Unfortunately, they sold me a warranty that appears to be practically useless and a vehicle that failed almost immediately.
Very disappointing experience.”

“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, they have no integrity and are only looking to make a sale
My experience with them has been nothing but horrible. I purchased a vehicle from them on a November 2025 and with 30 days of me purchasing the check engine light came on, I took it to Lexus because I was sold a warranty that I was told would cover everything. Once the car was diagnosed and claims put to warranty it turned out the warranty didn’t cover anything because I was sold the most basic option. Keep in mind I was not offered different options.
We went back to Unique to try to have them cover the cost of repairs at Lexus or unwind the sale. They refused, after sitting in their offices for 3+ hours refusing to leave until they did something about it. They offered to have their preferred repair shop do the work. We came to an agreement on which repairs needed to be done, because according to Lexus these damages were not done in 30 days they were pre-existing before the sale and were not disclosed. Unique had the vehicle for 2 weeks while repairs were done, once car was ready we picked it up and drove it off the lot. After driving it 30 miles the engine car turned off and lost all power on the freeway. When we contact Sam (the manager) regarding this issue he gave me a bullshit answer of “we only did repairs as a courtesy” and it was all on me. Mind you I’m a paying customer we aren’t asking for a handout. All we wanted was a working car we purchased not problem after problem.”

“Maria assisted us with our recent car purchase and was exceptionally helpful, thorough, and pleasant throughout the entire process. We would also like to commend Luis for his professionalism. Our experience with UAC was overwhelmingly positive; it was the fastest and most efficient car purchase we have ever completed. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the level of service we received, and we wholeheartedly recommend their business.”

“I went to UAC to help my brother-in-law buy a car, and the experience was nothing short of deceptive and unprofessional.
Before running any credit, I made it absolutely clear to the salesman that we would only move forward if the vehicle was being sold at the advertised price of $11,495, and that no dealer add-ons or extra products would be forced on us. The salesman confidently told me, “Those are all optional, but we do offer them.” Based on that assurance, we agreed to proceed.
After running credit, the salesman returned with a completely different story and a breakdown that included:
• $3,500 service contract
• $995 theft deterrent system
• $995 Perma Plate
• $1,600 in sales tax
When I reminded him that he had specifically said none of those would be required, he said, “Let me see what I can do.” After waiting about 15 minutes, a finance manager came over who could barely communicate in English and mainly spoke Spanish.
When I explained the situation again, she said she could “try to reduce” the extras but couldn’t remove them entirely. I told her we didn’t want the service contract at all, and that’s when she said something even more shocking:
“Well, that price you saw is the cash price the financing price is actually $12,495.”
That was never disclosed upfront, and the salesman had clearly stated otherwise. On top of that, the finance manager tried to justify keeping the add-ons by saying the bank would give a better rate if we purchased them, which is completely false especially when the buyer had a 750 credit score.
This entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch operation. They lured us in with one price, then changed everything after running credit. The lack of honesty, transparency, and professionalism was astounding.
If you value your time, credit, and integrity, stay far away from UAC. They use misleading sales tactics, forced add-ons, and dishonest pricing. There are far more reputable dealerships out there that won’t try to take advantage of you. They also had customer information credit apps, license and other information laying around for everyone to see”

“Had a very pleasant buying experience with Maria. From the first contact to signing the paperwork, it was probably 2 1/2 hours. It was so fast, I've never had such a smooth interaction with a salesperson before. This is the second car I've bought with them. I'll be going back when I need another car. Thank you UAC team.”
