He facilitated paperwork, payments, looked out for me, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. I flew into Newark Airport and my flight arrived after the dealer closed. The team stayed over late and drove the vehicle to the airport to help me Out. I have purchased many vehicles in the past but never have i had an experience as seamless as this one. “My first time visiting Lynnes Nissan City. Michael was very helpful. Guided me through the service process. He got me in and out. Good customer service. This service location was convenient. Pet friendly too. There were a lot of cars being serviced that day but for goodness sakes they got me in and out within the hour. But in the meantime I was able to relax in their spacious waiting room and enjoy the free beverages including coffee or tea. Thankful for that because it was super cold outside. And Lynnes took good care my vehicle. Did make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. A lady needs a mechanic/s that she can trust.
