“My QX80 was service on 2 September 2025 for a Oil Change and Tires Rotated. At the time, I noticed my tires weren't rotated, in addition, there were three (3) additional concerns identified by the technician to include, Brake fluid exchange, Coolant exchange, and lastly, Bank 2 Catalyst Converter needed to be replaced. At the time, I elected to only do the oil change based on the price. I followed up on 9 September 2025, to get Bank 2 Catalyst Converter replaced. At the time, there were no loaner cars available, so my advisor had an Uber setup to take me home and pick me up the next day for a loaner. Once I returned to pickup the car, it was disappointed with the interior of the vehicle, especially after reading the policy. The vehicle was infested with animal hair and dirt. I immediately returned to the front to acknowledge the condition of the loaner. The attendant quickly took the vehicle to address the issues, however overlooked the main issues which were the animal hair and trash between the driver and passenger seats. I've uploaded photos to give a snapshot. Lastly, this isn't my first time experiencing poor service and accommodation. I drive over 25 miles to get my services done which really makes it worst, when you get poor service!!
I was informed that I would get a call from the service manager, I'm so glad I didn't hold my breath.
I've always given Infiniti high praise, but in these recent services, my view has completely changed!!! Truly disappointed!!”

“The experience was flawless, smooth and easy. Made the deal over the phone and arrived a couple hours later to complete paperwork and pick up new vehicle. This was my first time at Bethesda Infiniti. The car was detailed, and with full tank ready to go!
