“Today I arrived, right at 9am time of opening, and made my way to the desk of Jose. Today I purchased my 2nd car in a month, and somehow felt happier, and treated better, than the incredible treatment that I received the previous experience. I purchased my previous car also from Jose about a month ago, and went through a vehicle for which I unfortunately totaled, due to one of the recent snowstorms. After taking care of all responsibilities, I felt that there was only 1 place that I would choose to purchase my current vehicle, and I felt extremely confident that Jose would once again take care of me, and not only did he do that, but he went above and beyond for me, with absolutely no surprise involved. I was required to somehow return the rental vehicle that I have been saddled with for the last few weeks, and Jose quickly volunteered to assist me with this, and followed me to the office and then drove me back so that I could successfully complete the purchase back at the dealership! Jose possesses great respect, patience, a great sense of humor, and most importantly, absolute professionalism throughout the buying process. I was, and continue to be, so very grateful to Jose, Carlos the finance manager, and the dealership as a whole. Both of my car buying experiences were very positive, and 2 of the best experiences at a car dealership that I have had in my many years, and many experiences of purchasing vehicles. I have bought over 10 cars in my lifetime, and can honestly say that this was the best 'car and experience' I have ever had. The best thing about this car is that it has done wonders for our marriage. My wife and I have been taking late afternoon drives around on backroads as well as some longer trips.
