When I came into the dealership I was connected with Carlito. We shared a joke and connected from there!! He was patient, he listened, and from our previous phone conversation the vehicle I selected was parked right up front and ready to go. Carlito was great at eliminating my stress, he was informative and told me all about my vehicle! 10/10 loved him!! Jerry and Victor Martinez were great in keeping me in my price range! They didn’t haggle, and didn’t mind rearranging some things to make me happy! I left within 3 hours in my new vehicle! Thank you guys!!

This is my second time dealing with the service department and I didn’t even want to go but because my car is under warranty I figured I’d take it in. The first time they could not get me for 2 weeks to fix my starter. So I went elsewhere and they got my starter from the Willowbrook Kia and changed it the same day. Took 6 months for them to reimburse but because they wanted to leave me without a car for who knows how long. Then they needed paperwork from the dealership to make sure the starter was put in correctly. The dealership would only do it if I had removed my review. The manager at the time was Alex. I don’t know who is now. This seems to be the only way to get their attention rather than calling back after I’ve texted and called multiple times. My car has been in the shop since Thursday 1/22 last week and I’ve texted and called everyday to see if there’s an update and even if there isn’t that can be communicated too, not just ignore the customer. You can’t even leave a voicemail for their managers. So you have to keep calling until somebody is available to speak to. Horrible customer service and communication.

I had my 2020 Sportage serviced today and I want to say thank you to Dave Bill, who helped me from the time I arrived to until I came back for my vehicle. He took the time to explain each item that was addressed and explained what was what and what I should be taking care of next time I am in for service. He also took care of a recall on my vehicle that I did not even know about.

I would like to thank Dave in the Service Center who helped me today replace my battery on my 2022 Kia carnival. Honestly, I haven’t had good experiences here before. It has always been an uncomfortable, sales-heavy, confusing experience with service taking forever and feeling like I don’t know what’s going on. Dave was tactful, clear, well-spoken, and to the point. He didn’t try to upsell me, divert the issue, or make me feel uncomfortable. He understood my time constraints and took care of my car while keeping me well-informed throughout the process. If I know I’m working with Dave, I’m comfortable going back in the future. Give that man a raise!
