“I had an Amazing sales experience with Isaac, as he went over the specs and features of the low mileage brz I bought from them. Good guy and very personable to talk to while on the test drive. He took care of us from start to finish with an amazing deal. Shout out to George the finance director as he helped me with my situation as we got in late and the banks were closed, and they would not allow me to utilize my card for the transaction and I had to drop off the payment the following day. “I wanted to give this dealership a 5 star because we did get the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Vikram made it happen so shoutout to him. But it wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped. The hiccup that occurred was they ran our credit on a Sunday and it came back as Tier 3. They tried to change the numbers on us with a huge down payment, which I completely rejected. They came back to me on Monday stating we are actually Tier 1 and can fulfill the initial numbers quoted. It's hard for me to believe that such a big dealership like this isn't aware of leasing applications not being accurate on a Sunday. In the end, Vikram remedied the situation and delivered the car quickly. There was a minor scratch on the car upon delivery, but Vikram said to take photos of it and it will not be charged on lease return. We will see.”
