Christian Castillo our salesperson was patient and helpful as we test drive to make sure the car we selected was as expected for an Accord Touring Hybrid (smooth, quiet, and power drive). Finance was no pressuring us to buy warranty, management was fair to our $$$ negotiations. We came out a very happy customer from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue.

Honda Bellevue truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and respect. As a first time new car buyer, I never felt rushed or pressured, and everything was explained clearly and honestly by the whole team. I take my car here since it's where I originally purchased it and I am willing to pay the price for a job well done. And they get the job done...sort of, but with premium consequences. Last year, they eventually towed my car after a poor job with the breaks led my car to stop working (from a periodic oil service). Was not offered a rental after they took it to repair it.They fixed the issue, but never apologized. Last week, my vehicle's key fob stopped working after they returned it to me. They had the audacity to blame me for it. Relatively poor service. To sum it up, they first blame you, because the customer is always wrong. They eventually fix it, but never apologize after you pay a premium. [I shared a picture of my left rear tire rim below. Something I noticed after they returned it. I didn't even bother to bring up the issue, because it's possible it was there before and did not want stand on trial for this too.]
