“EDIT: I contacted them as requested by their response. The manager wasn't available. I left my name and number at the front desk, and they said I'd get a call when they were available. I never received any call from them. I had a great experience before and during the purchase of my car from C Harper. Ian was really helpful, and I enjoyed buying a car from him. However, about an hour after buying this vehicle, I got a flat tire while going over a bridge. The damage indicates it wasn't a nail or anything like that, moreso that the tire was cut open. It was not repairable. C Harper's management told us to contact insurance regarding this. Taking a ~$3k carfax value hit and insurance premium increase for replacing a $400 tire is really bad advice. I really hope they don't convince someone in the future to take the major value hit for minor damage. In the end, since I'm from North Carolina, I had to get a hotel overnight in West Virginia to arrange a repair, handle towing on my end, going to have to leave my car behind in West Virginia for about 10 days and I've paid over a thousand bucks for this all to be fixed. C Harper management never returned our calls, and no one from the dealership offered to take care of a tow and have this made right.”

“I was lied to this entire deal. I truly believe they have no intention of trading me out of this car like Jason and Seth promised. Oh and if you call and ask to talk to Casey Harper I’m pretty sure he doesn’t exist cause no one and I mean no one is willing to have him call you! I understand I bought a 10 year old car with over 100k miles but I bought it from CHarper Ford not Billy Bobs used cars I expected a little different. I put time and money into trying to fix this to make it safe to drive. Currently it’s driving ok but I’m scared it has the Ford open block design and has the coolant intrusion and will end up needing an engine replacement since that’s the only real fix . Coolant intrusion could be the reason the spark plugs fouled out!. This car was dumped on Harper now Harper dumped it on me. Update: 4 weeks later not one person reached out to me yet?!?!? Stay away from this place !!!”
