“Do not recommend! Stay away! Call dealership because we had questions about a car that was listed. They answered the question and we scheduled at time to come look at it 3 days later. They knew we were coming from 3 hrs away to buy the car. After looking at the car and getting financed then they told us we couldn't take the car home. Greg (sales manager) told us it was illegal to sell us the car until it had been inspected (which is a lie)! We could do paperwork but couldn't take the car. They would deliver some time the next week. During the inspection they found codes for the radio?? But in reality they were for the O2 sensor they didn't want to fix. Their inspection missed the fact that it had multiple bulbs burnt out, air filter was really dirty, and cabin filter was really dirty. In removing the buyers guide from the side window they wrecked the window tint. In contacting them about these issues they wouldn't respond until multiple messages were sent. Then lied about the check engine light and codes and won't pay for repairs. They paid for a new air filter that's it. Lied and said no pictures were sent of the window tint issues. If you are looking for a dealership who will lie to you go see Greg he will do that with a smile on his face.”

“We purchased a pickup on October 30th,made an appointment to see it about a week before came and looked at it and said to the sales man a Mr Johnson if I remember right that it was pretty dirty at the time just looked like it had been sitting out in the weather witch I would of thought when you know somebody is coming to look at it you would have cleaned it up, but we liked the truck and just figured it would detailed when we came to pick it up,So we come to pick it up and I know I should have said something right then but I didn’t jump in roll down the window and the edge has not been cleaned on all of the windows open the tailgate when we get home and they don’t wash the box out full of dust and dirt then the wife takes it to town and calls me and tells me she can’t get in the key fob won’t work so I go in and the one I have works fine I figured it was just a dead battery but still I think things like that should be checked out,and I guess when you people sell a used vehicle the customer doesn’t get a tank of gas, there was less than 1/4 of a tank in it, I thought I would try someone else to buy from once but I learned my lesson this is a few pictures of the detailing job I was not impressed with, Thank you for your time”

“One of the bad customer service the name of Matthew I was interested 2026 corvette to buy, but they’re asking about the insurance driver license and this guy is a scam. They try to play with you. Please don’t go here to buy and I don’t recommend it. I had a very bad customer service. I never had other dealers in my life.”

“DO NOT BUY. First of all the salesmen bait and switch. Drove an 1:15 mins for the salesman Simon to not be there. He didn’t tell us after all the text messages. The car we came to see didn’t have working air or heat and it wasn’t disclosed. Then when we asked for the manager he agreed with every issue we pointed out but then tried to play chicken with the price. I don’t mind negotiations but don’t try all the stupid sales tactics, stall, make us wait 30 more mins just to rudely tell us there is nothing to do and someone else will buy it as a commuter. NOT WITHOUT AIR AND HEAT.”

“From the first contact, via the internet, to driving off the lot, we enjoyed our experience at Matt Saxe Chevrolet. Trisha, our salesperson, was responsive, helpful, proactive, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. We bought a 2025 Silverado, our first truck. So, I had a lot of questions. That included early in the search about packages and options, and then during the initial test drive. Trisha knew it all and was very willing to share her knowledge to make my family comfortable. To close the deal, Greg, the GM, stepped in with a compelling offer that made us go Silverado over Sierra (despite the better incentives offered.) While Saxe is a 40 minute drive from home, it was worth the travel! Also appreciated Tom in Finance correcting an error when he saw it, and giving my kids Saxe hats! I'll be telling my friends and family that Saxe is worth the trip because the experience is top notch.”
