“I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership was disappointing from start to finish and I feel it’s important to share.
The initial part of the process was smooth. I came in already knowing the type of car I wanted, and the salesperson helped me find it quickly. However, once we got to the finance department, everything slowed down. I sat there for over an hour while they repeatedly told me that their systems were “running slow.” It felt unorganized and unprofessional, but I still proceeded because I trusted their claim that every car goes through a thorough inspection.
Two days after purchasing the vehicle, the oil light came on. I took the car to a mechanic, and that’s when everything became concerning. I was told that the oil light triggered because the car had too much oil in it and that the vehicle was leaking oil. The mechanic specifically mentioned that it looked like the dealership had overfilled the oil, possibly to keep the leak from showing up right away. That immediately raised serious questions about the trustworthiness of this dealership and their so-called “inspection process.”
Thankfully, they have a 7-day return policy, so I decided to return the vehicle. ($200 return fee) I even called the day before to let them know I would be bringing it back first thing in the morning. I arrived as soon as they opened — and still ended up waiting two full hours for someone to assist me. The salesperson, James, kept saying someone would come out, but the person responsible for processing returns wasn’t even on-site yet. After everything I went through, having to wait around again was incredibly frustrating and just added to an already bad experience.
Overall, I left feeling misled and disappointed. Between the questionable condition of the car, the possibility issues were disguised, the long finance process, and the unprofessional return experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Transparency and honesty are the bare minimum when buying a vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.”

“They had the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. I did buy from them, but a very slow process. The salesman by the name of Drew was outstanding, really knew his stuff. But they are just a used car lot and don’t have the tools a major dealership has. Took two hours to get a trade-in price on my vehicle. I had to use a different lender because they’re not hooked in with my credit union. And the real reason for the two stars was at the end of the sale. They only had one key fob, salesman said they only had one fob for each vehicle, so beware..”

“Purchased a vehicle for our college aged son at this location, and Mark made the experience very easy. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient on this sale, and despite us coming back two days later to complete the purchase, he was at the ready as soon as we were back, and was fantastic in helping us with the sale from start to finish. The vehicle was a great value and they offered us a very fair amount on our trade to boot, and in addition, had a very extensive lot of great vehicles to choose from. We are very happy with the service Mark extended to us, the Bedford location, and the vehicle itself. Great service!”

“We picked up our 2025 Jeep compass Trailhawk from the Bedford lot on Tuesday. Kudos for Mr. Mark Whitehead, who was our sales representative. We first met with him on the phone, discussed our purchase, and drove over from East Texas with money in hand.
Our appointment was at noon, we did a walk around the car, some paperwork, and a short test drive...then into the finance department where we met Mr. Michael Aguilar, who finished up our paperwork. The entire buying experience was just over an hour.
In conlusion, our Hertz experience was informative and relaxing. Both Mark and Mike made our day! Five stars y'all

“We had a fantastic experience working with Byron when purchasing our car. He was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, making sure we were comfortable and truly getting the car we wanted. He was very patient, understanding, and by far the best car salesman we had ever worked with! Unlike many others, he was not aggressive at all. He was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you Byron your excellent service! He’s truly a great young man and does his job exceptionally well!
