“My experience there for an oil change wasn’t a good one at all. I initially called Toyota of Bedford and ask how much was the oil change. The woman in the service department responded $99.95 I said ok. Then I ask her are there any coupons they have for a discount on the oil change because sometimes they offer that. She responds yes it’s a $25 coupon, I said well great I like to make an appointment for my oil change then and she booked me in for one. So I pulled up to check my truck in telling the guy in service what was told to me and he was like ok that’s fine and that he would find the coupon on line also. So a hr and 40minutes later I walk back into the service department to pay for the oil change but was told it’s $99.95. Which threw me off a little because it didn’t add up to me with me being told the $25 discount. Then he says yes there’s a discount but they added shop supplies and other miscellaneous items which I never heard of. This is not my first oil change but my first time getting hit with the bait and switch dealing with a dealership. They made it sound enticing to get me to come in when in all reality there was no discount just a bunch of fake miscellaneous charges that don’t make sense. I’ve never experience that over at the Toyota on the heights matter of fact no other Toyota dealership before. Normally when the discount is giving it’s that and taxes, not that some miscellaneous charges added up to get what you initially was charging in the first place which results in no discount. I know one thing I’m never going back ever again. I know when I’ve been treated unfairly. If you didn’t mean what you said when you first said it you shouldn’t have said it at all.”
