I guess all I can comment on is the sales team, or lack of response from. I browsed the lot for about 10 or 15 minutes then went inside. I would at least expect somebody to approach me and ask if I’ve been helped, but nothing and nobody around. After about 5 minutes I gave up. I don’t know, but I don’t think I should have to seek somebody out. That’s OK, there are certainly other dealers in the area.

Now a days it a rarity to find good customer service. Well when I was looking for a suv, I found two great people. Scott Newman and Mike Kerri’s, . When I left there, I wasn’t second-guessing myself. Did I get the best deal? I knew I was getting the best deal. I can’t say enough about these two young gentlemen. They worked extremely hard and they made my car purchase so much easier I laughed. It didn’t take a long time and I highly recommend coming here and buying your next vehicle. You will not be sorry.

Sales team is extremely friendly. No better place to buy a Mazda in Cleveland. I've been to multiple stores and this is by far the best one. Very responsive, they treat each customer like family. Would recommend this store 10 times out of 10. Best Car buying experience I've ever had

Caitlin Cary and Ed Ross were very helpful in providing documentation and videos of the vehicle. Coordinating an out-of-state sale takes considerable coordination, and they were both very timely and courteous. While I ultimately went with another vehicle, my experience with them was a positive one.
