Bob was my seller and he was super helpful and down-to-earth! I'm new to buying cars from dealerships, so I was pretty nervous, but Bob made the experience stress-free and quick. My credit is not the best, but I was still able to find my dream car (Kia Soul) with low miles at a fair price with their financing! I used my payout as the down payment, which really helped lower the monthly payments. When it was time to return my rental car, my rental car place wouldn't take me back to CarMax because it was too far, but CarMax offered me a free Lyft ride back when I was planning to just pay for one! Overall, I'm very satisfied with CarMax's amazing service and easy buying experience.”
