“I made an online inquiry regarding a Wrangler we were interested in. Drew contacted me and from the very beginning it was obvious this was going to be a good encounter. Drew was forthright and very helpful in providing all requested information. There was absolutely no pressure and he said he was available whenever I was ready. We set up an appointment. Upon arrival Drew already had the vehicle running and ready for a test drive. After the drive we went into the office to continue the process. Because Drew had explained the pricing before our meeting and my research pretty much matched it the rest of the process was quick and painless and we were all satisfied with the outcome. From there it was a quick visit with Justin who completed the rest of the paperwork. We were made aware of various options and add ons with no pressure whatsoever-none. We now had a new vehicle after a completely stress free process. I don't usually say this regarding auto shopping but this was a pleasure. Thanks guys. A real class act but that's not the end of the story. We drove off and stopped to get a bite to eat. I had a minor issue with the vehicle due to my unfamiliarity with it and called to asked a question. As it turned out Drew was already home but he offered to drive out to meet us. Alright, this is getting long but the point of it all is Beaver County DCJR is a first class operation and the folks there go out of there way to make you feel welcome and to ensure a successful outcome for all. Just one more point. This is the cleanest showroom I've ever seen. Great job everyone. Thank you.”

“If you are looking to buy a new or certified used vehicle Beaver County Dodge Jeep Ram is the place to go! I will definitely refer EVERYONE I know here. Keith Smith-Gore was AWESOME, from the minute he approached my wife and I, he was everything you would want from someone who is helping you to shop out a new vehicle. That's right I said helping..Keith was GREAT! We were just browsing around and within 2 mins or so he came out introduced himself to my wife and I with a friendly attitude, hand shake, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. Keith and Matt in financing helped to get us into a really nice Jeep Grand Cherokee with a no pressure we work for you approach. I highly recommend and encourage anyone looking to buy to go out there to the guys at Beaver County Dodge Jeep Ram and talk to Keith before you go anywhere else! I for sure will be going back when I am due to get a new truck. Thanks again Keith and Matt we love the new Jeep and it was a pleasure buying from you guys!”

“NEVER buy an express oil change deal with them. If you change get rid of the car it is not transferable to your next vehicle. They just say tough luck, it isn't our problem you paid for three and got only one. If they don't stand behind something this small, how can they be trusted with buying a car from them? Obviously they are not honest.”

“Just leased a new Jeep Wrangler 4XE from this dealership. The leasing experience was less than wonderful, but that is for another review. My new Wrangler (less than five months old) already has a burned out headlamp. Looked at the headlamp, and determined that it was an all-in-one model that required a complete replacement. Called the dealership, was told they didn't have item in stock. Was transferred to parts, they told me they would order the part and then contact me when it was ready. After a week with no call, I reached out to the parts department and was informed they had the part and had told service to contact me. I was transferred to the Service Department (Jamie) who then told me my Jeep did not need the all-in-one asembly and to come up to the express lane to get a new bulb. I took time on the weekend to go to the dealership and line up for service. The express lane service person informed me that my Jeep needed the all-in-one assembly, and that they couldn't do that in the express lane. He was very helpful and scheduled me an appointment with service. I don't have his name but he was there on Saturday 8/17. Now I get to go through this again. This dealership is not working to get my recommendation or repeat business.”

“Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to give it one star. I took it in for a diagnosis for a clanking sound. Was told that it was sway bar link. ended up taking two days a bunch of back and forth between my warranty company and then they said they were done. Upon leaving the shop I started hearing grinding noises in the wheels that they were working on and heard the clanking sound again. I called them told them what I had heard. they said well, that must be something else.Probably from wear and tear. I could bring it back in, but there would be another diagnosis fee. I was like, well, you never properly diagnosed it the first time they said. Well, we fixed something that we diagnosed so that counted. Completely ignoring the fact that they never diagnosed the initial problem that I brought it there in the first place. This delaerahip is just there to manipulate you out of as much money as possible. Avoid if you have a choice.”
