“I've bought several cars from this dealership. Up until this point all my experiences have been positive. However during my most recent interactions I encountered resistance. Rick was very attentive, professional, and a class act. But the issues came from management, you see this time just like in previous visits I intended to buy multiple vehicles at once, and was evrn willing to concede some of what I was looking for to remain loyal to the dealership I've done business with so many times in the past. However Elio, would end up allowing $2000 HE overpaid on a 23 promaster to stop us from proceeding with $120k in transactions. So the result unfortunately is that I have moved on to another dealership, found EXACTLY what I was looking for, and spent $126k on vehicles. The person that suffered here was Rick, him having to endure leadership like Elio is costing him 10's of thousands of dollars a year in revenue. I'm sad to have had to move on from where I've bought cars for so long, but the experience is night and day.”

“Juan was friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Very happy with the whole team and BCDCJR. Monthly price came in even lower than was quoted. Will definitely be calling Juan for my future vehicle needs.”

“Only to write a review is to give it a star rating. Lol (0 stars) Welp here it goes my son took his truck here because the engine sensor light came on. (1 code) Follow me now…He was quoted a price to have his truck put on the machine after 2 to 3 days of no call from the service department he called and was informed the phone number was wrote down incorrect and was told the truck needed further testing he authorize this, (not knowing that it will be a ridiculous amount, after the fact) he was under in the impression that is still under the previous price quoted the new balance went from 149+ tax to $900 seems a little ridiculous and was told he needs a new engine. He has warranty and his warranty will cover $9000 but he will have to come up with the other $5000. Well, that’s kind of a new car don’t you think…So I called Friday to speak to someone in the service department. They were closed call back Saturday to speak with the owner PJ or the service department manager Rachel. They were out until Monday. Spoke with the service manager today and she advised me per the recorded phone call because my son did authorization to have further testing. That’s the correct amount. However, he was never advised what the labor per hour will cost he was only advise it will be 2.5 hours. So the estimated labor is $375 per hour my question is if a car or truck requires further testing you would think that the service personnel will give you a estimate break down on the part’s and labor for an example “For further testing of your vehicle an estimate of $900 would be added to the previous quote. I think there’s more than fair for the consumer. And what has boo-hooved me instead one code warning (engine sensor) which is now cleared but now its showing 13 codes..the math ain’t mathing.. Google reviews has said this place is a rip off Bad Business…the very first picture is the one code that shows the issue and the reason he took the truck the remaining 13 pictures are the codes after he picked up his truck so eventually someone didn’t put the car back together and charge $911”

“I made an online inquiry regarding a Wrangler we were interested in. Drew contacted me and from the very beginning it was obvious this was going to be a good encounter. Drew was forthright and very helpful in providing all requested information. There was absolutely no pressure and he said he was available whenever I was ready. We set up an appointment. Upon arrival Drew already had the vehicle running and ready for a test drive. After the drive we went into the office to continue the process. Because Drew had explained the pricing before our meeting and my research pretty much matched it the rest of the process was quick and painless and we were all satisfied with the outcome. From there it was a quick visit with Justin who completed the rest of the paperwork. We were made aware of various options and add ons with no pressure whatsoever-none. We now had a new vehicle after a completely stress free process. I don't usually say this regarding auto shopping but this was a pleasure. Thanks guys. A real class act but that's not the end of the story. We drove off and stopped to get a bite to eat. I had a minor issue with the vehicle due to my unfamiliarity with it and called to asked a question. As it turned out Drew was already home but he offered to drive out to meet us.
Alright, this is getting long but the point of it all is Beaver County DCJR is a first class operation and the folks there go out of there way to make you feel welcome and to ensure a successful outcome for all. Just one more point. This is the cleanest showroom I've ever seen.
Great job everyone. Thank you.”

“If you are looking to buy a new or certified used vehicle Beaver County Dodge Jeep Ram is the place to go! I will definitely refer EVERYONE I know here. Keith Smith-Gore was AWESOME, from the minute he approached my wife and I, he was everything you would want from someone who is helping you to shop out a new vehicle. That's right I said helping..Keith was GREAT! We were just browsing around and within 2 mins or so he came out introduced himself to my wife and I with a friendly attitude, hand shake, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. Keith and Matt in financing helped to get us into a really nice Jeep Grand Cherokee with a no pressure we work for you approach. I highly recommend and encourage anyone looking to buy to go out there to the guys at Beaver County Dodge Jeep Ram and talk to Keith before you go anywhere else! I for sure will be going back when I am due to get a new truck. Thanks again Keith and Matt we love the new Jeep and it was a pleasure buying from you guys!”
