“I contacted Bavarian Auto Gallery genuinely interested in purchasing a $20,000 car, and to my surprise they wouldn’t even let me test drive it. I work in BMW sales myself, and I have never heard of a dealership refusing a test drive to a serious buyer especially when they are at least 21 and fully licensed. It’s standard industry practice to allow customers to experience the car before making a decision. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine what the rest of the experience would look like. Would not recommend.”
