“**** stay away **** We had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership on 01/29/2026. We arrived around 3:00 PM, excited and ready to make a deal, under the impression that we would be leaving with a vehicle that same day. Instead, we were kept waiting until almost 9:00 PM. Throughout those six hours, we were repeatedly given the runaround and received little to no clear communication about what was happening or why there were such long delays. We were left sitting for hours without transparency or updates, which felt very disrespectful of our time. We only stayed because we were led to believe the deal was going to go through. What made the experience even worse was the way we were treated at the end of the night. After waiting for hours, the staff became rude and unprofessional, and the situation was poorly handled under the management of Simon Israeli. Delays can happen, but lack of communication combined with disrespectful treatment is unacceptable. This experience fell far below the standard of customer service expected from a professional dealership. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.”
