“We brought vehicle in for recall. When I picked up vehicle, there was grease all over headliner and seatbelt adjusters no longer will work. Not only did the truck smell of geese and greasy hand prints on the inside, but on the outside door as well. This truck was NOT brought in like this and I don’t expect to pick it up in this condition. There is NO excuse for this happening. It’s very heartbreaking to take care of a vehicle and something like this happens due to a factory recall. No respect for the customer’s property at all. No grease should have been involved to replace an interior part. Very disappointed in Herlong and the company they have now become. NO respect for Chevy at all because they won’t stand behind their customers for a recall they required to be done.”
