“I went to Pellegrino last week. I was looking for an SUV something for the winter and my sales guy, Ryan turned me on to a 2019 Ford. Escape Turbo fully loaded. I love this SUV and it also has a panoramic sunroof the buying process is really easy, quick and fast. They do not pressure, you, there are no hidden fees, they tell you everything up front. If you want to think about it, you can think about it, but in my case, I didn't have to think about it because I wanted it. The staff there is very nice polite. The girls up front when you walk in, they always have a smile on their face. Their office is really nice and clean and everybody is just really awesome there. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. I also like that they have nice newer cars with low miles and low prices.”

“Stopped in here after browsing around on the Internet. I highly recommend checking out what they have. The customer service is unrivaled. From start to finish I felt like the whole experience was enjoyable. We found the perfect vehicle for our son and I feel like it was also a very fair price. The post purchase experience has also been excellent. 100% will go back for another vehicle when needed.”

“STAY AWAY! Original detailed review was too long to publish. To shorten it I’ve had numerous problems from issues with the sales process and their tactics, mechanical issues, missing advertised features in the vehicle, warranty concerns. I eventually reached out to the owner directly who was able to rectify atleast some of my concerns which was much appreciated but unable to reasonably resolve the mechanical issues that should have been addressed prior to leaving their lot to begin with. Since speaking with the owner I’ve had a number of additional mechanical and cosmetic issues with my vehicle. All of these mechanical issues were becoming apparent before even making my second monthly payment on the vehicle or before an oil change is due. Issues within the abs system, several rust spots and paint defects forming from body repairs made at the dealer. The vehicle has grinding brakes and intermittent issues with the belt/pulleys. The vehicle has been scheduled for service as well as full diagnostic of any mechanical problems with a trusted local mechanic and the inspection results in addition to all paperwork from the sale will be forwarded to nysdmv for review and a public record will be made. Additional details and photos will be posted when available. I would encourage anybody reading to shop elsewhere especially if traveling from outside Batavia. I’ve purchased several vehicles in my lifetime with a few having atleast double the mileage this one does and this has been by far the worst condition I’ve ever received a vehicle from a dealer. Given the number of mechanical issues I would steer clear entirely from the service department associated with this place. I find it incredibly unlikely my new to me vehicle just passed a nys inspection and already has the number of concerns and problems that it does. Buyers should also be cautious of the “powertrain warranty” offered here *EDIT* the response from ownership in regards to their business and salespeople violating nys law on more than one occasion should tell future customers the quality of service they should expect after the sale. I’ve also included a photo of my vehicle from day of purchase in pellegrino’s own lot showing no rust on the body as well as condition of braking equipment when 2 seized rear calipers were removed. Luckily vehicle buyers have rights in this state.”
