“I was told to not go to this dealership and I should have listened. During the purchase process I have been told "I don't know" or "I am unsure" more times than I can count. I brought to their attention that a tire on the 2025 SUV I purchased was extremely low. They assured me that it was because of the cold temperatures outside. I had to go back 3 times before they decided to replace the tire. Next, they told me about a recall on the car. I was told that they would not replace the recall unless absolutely needed. A few weeks later I received a message saying that the recall had to be replaced. When I spoke to a manager he told me that the messaga Bob Davidson sent out was inaccurate and it did not need to be replaced. If that was the case then why is the dealership you work for sending the message? They do not care about your personal time or being honest. If they would have just sold me a product that was in proper working order I would have been happy, however, they tried to save their time and money which is now costing me more time and money. Save yourself the trip and head to another dealership.”

When we went in to ask about the vehicle, they introduced us to Devon a sales person who actually pulled the car around so we could test drive it and went over everything with us. He was actually wonderful to work with no Sales pressure. Also worked with Neil and the finance person who were both very very nice and very, very thorough.. Did wind up buying the Ford F150.
