They told me my hvac was blown I took it for a second opinion and they saw that my cabin air filter was place le inappropriately by the dealership blocking the blower once it was fixed I no longer had to replace anything huge inconvenience buying parts I did not need when I called they told me things happen suddenly ,I decline the repairs because I wanted a second opinion and they found out that the cabin air filter I paid for yall to do was stuffed into my car blocking the blower so I didn’t need anything replaced and waste my money buying the part for it because you guys recommended we not speaking on the vents being broken that is a cosmetic issue we talking about the sloppy work that gets done but I’m hoping to get better service today personally on my truck since yall respond here

⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Recall Experience & Unprofessional Staff I received a recall notice by mail to replace the fuel pump. I called this Nissan dealership and booked an appointment. At no point during the phone call did anyone mention that the gas level needed to be at half a tank or less. No warning, no instructions, nothing. What already felt strange was that I received a call the day before my appointment asking if I was “sure” I needed to bring the car in, which already gave the impression that they didn’t want to deal with a recall. The woman on the phone sounded unprofessional and clearly annoyed, as if recalls are an inconvenience to them. When I arrived, the technician, Mr. Lloyd, completely changed his attitude the moment he found out I was there for a recall. He took my keys and clearly wasn’t happy about doing his job. Three minutes later, he came back and told me my gas tank was full and that they would need to “empty it” — for a $399 fee. I was shocked. I asked why this was never mentioned before my appointment, especially since this cost me time and money to come in. His response was basically, “You should have known. It’s in the mail.” It was NOT in the mail. This is extremely poor customer service. If there are requirements for a recall appointment, they should be clearly communicated ahead of time, not sprung on customers after they arrive. This felt like either incompetence or an attempt to charge unnecessary fees. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. I will never return and absolutely do NOT recommend this Nissan dealership to anyone.

I had an AMAZING experience at Antwerpen Nissan security. My sales associate Barry melton with assistance from John madden they were excellent with helping me find a vehicle and Ernest Biggs helped me with finalizing my paperwork I ended up getting a brand new 2025 Nissan Sentra and I love it!! I will recommend you all to family and friends and I look forward to working with you guys again in the near future. A special thanks to Erica for setting me up with this appointment ‼️‼️🖤

I had the absolute horrible experience at Nissan Antwerpen in Security Blvd. If I could give 0 star I would. The service advisor (William) was horrible; talking to me in a condenscending manner , not respecting my time. I do not advice anyone to go there or deal with that person.
