“I had a great experience working with Sean and Casey to get my 2025 Chevy Trax!! The process was very fast. I was able to do pretty much everything by phone or online prior to even stepping in the door. Everyone Was so friendly and very informative. “I unfortunately have to leave a 2 star review. I don’t think a 1 star review is fair due to the buying experience. Although my truck was delivered to me brand new, damaged! I didn’t notice at first because the damage is very minimal and was hard to Pick out until I had the exact same truck sitting side-by-side next to mine a few months later. I reached out to Mohawk Chevy once I noticed, and they said that when I brought it in for the next service, they would take a look. I showed them the picture that they took on the day of delivery and they agreed that the truck was definitely damaged before taking possession of it. Nothing was done besides pictures taken on the day of service. I went weeks/months without having an answer or hearing back from Mohawk until December 11, 2025 Almost an entire year from the delivery of the truck they requested that I bring the truck in the next day December 12, 2025 so that their dent guy could take a look at it and see how we can proceed from there. I was then told by service that management didn’t want to do anything about it and I’m SOL After the dent guy said there’s no way he can do anything with a steel bumper…. CLEARLY, it’s steel. It’s very frustrating that I wasted three hours of my time and take the day off of work to drive up to the dealership just to be told they wont do anything about it after the fact. I would’ve bought every truck in my lifetime from Mohawk Chevy, but not after this. Such a shame.”

“Great customer service, but that's about it.
Came in to have my driver side mirror replaced, I supplied the replacement mirror, was given an ETA of 15 to 30 minutes, and went for a little walk. Came back 1 hour later and was told they had just got my car into the shop, it was busy so that's fine, I brought it in 30 minutes before my appointment so no skin off my nose.
Took a seat in their lounge and actually nodded off, woke up another 30 minutes later and still no car. I waited at the window on the lookout for my car, since this would mean it has been in the shop for a full hour to replace a side mirror. In a few more minutes my car pulled in and I went out to check it with the customer rep, and, I found they had done a shoddy job and forgot to remove the weather stripping on the old mirror. Leaving a gaping hole on where the mirror attached to the car proper.
So back the car went, was told it was just an honest mistake, but offered no deals or reparations for wasting my time. Remember, ETA was 30 minutes tops, and I know this is possible, because I've had the passenger side mirror replaced just a few years ago at a Chevy Dealership in Amsterdam, NY. I didn't even have an appointment at that place, just showed up with my mirror, asked if they had time and could do it, and 30 minutes later I was back in my car with a wallet $75 lighter. So they can do it, but for some reason that was not the case here.
Finally, after another 20 minutes, I got my car back. The total? $200+ for that. They charged me the full hour, great. See I knew I might have to pay the big bucks taking my car to the dealership, but I had the idea that at the very least they'd do a good job and it would be fast. However, neither thing happened. Instead I got a botched job they had to fix, and wasted 45 minutes over the ETA. Guess it's just this spot, I'll just stick to Amsterdam's Chevy next time.
On top of that, when I got a better look at everything, I found they bent a part of the trim swapping the mirrors. They also got heavy duty grease on the exterior of the door, I was able to wash that off, but all of this on top of being slow and expensive really soured my mood.”

“I recently purchased a Camaro at Mohawk Chevrolet and I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Justin Dawes and the entire team at Mohawk Chevrolet. Justin was incredibly easy and fun to talk to and deal with. He came in at the numbers I needed to be at to purchase the car. I was working on a Monday and once I finally decided to pull the trigger on purchasing the car that afternoon I was incredibly and delightfully surprised that Justin said I would most likely be able to pick up the car that evening. He took all of my information over the phone for in house financing and the rest of the the incredible team at Mohawk Chevrolet did the rest. They even contacted my insurance company to set up insurance on the car and used in house DMV to get the car registered. When I arrived there later that evening which was only a few hours after pulling the trigger on the purchase my car was completely serviced and detailed inside and out. I actually got to watch that be done at their beautiful facility. They also topped off the car with fuel. Also to my incredible surprise they also put 4 brand new tires on the car which was never discussed with me prior. I was in complete shock and thought that was absolutely terrific to go above and beyond like that as the tires that they put on are expensive. Completing the paperwork for financing was done by James and he also was incredibly fun and easy to deal with. Very informative and crystal clear on everything and explained the warranty options completely. Once the quick and easy paperwork was done they had a technician sit in the car and hooked up my phone for me, downloaded a Chevrolet APP on my phone to track everything about the car, which I love. He also gave me a quick run down on the electronic functions of the car and answered any questions I had. After a few photos that my daughter and I wanted to take there it was time to drive. We had a great evening that night going for a ride with the top down and got some ice cream. I would just like to take the time to tell Justin and the ENTIRE team at MOHAWK CHEVROLET a big thank you and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to do business with this place .”
