“PLEASE READ!!! I want to put this review on here specifically because I am extremely pleased with the service I have been provided here. I went out one evening to look at some trucks without the intention on buying one same day. I dealt with Kylie who was great in showing me the trucks and taking test drives. I ended up really liking the turbomax Silverado and decided to go all in and buy it. It was dark out and unfortunately wasn’t able to see every detail on the truck but it was new so I was ok with that. Give or take a few days I went to install a bed mat and noticed some major manufacturers defects in the bed of truck. I went and spoke to the dealership and they were stunned upon seeing it. Upon this they had gotten me a brand new loner truck to drive until we got a game plan together for mine. After speaking to my wife I decided I didn’t want to have a brand new truck having to have a bed replaced and or being taken apart already. I spoke with the Assistant GM who then got the GM in the loop and I couldn’t be more satisfied how they handled this. They actually got me into the loner truck that was a year newer being a 2026 and had some nice featured upgrades, also only had 26 miles on it. Same payment give or take 8-10 dollars a month. They were extremely considerate and wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I want to thank you all for going above and beyond in delivering an awesome customer service experience. I will purchase my future vehicles here from now on.”
