We had a great salesman, Damian was awesome from the first time we met. We had just went to get a few questions answered, he was not pushy at all. He understood at that point we were not looking at purchasing. He was very knowledgeable about the MDX. We'll a few days later we decided to go ahead and purchase our MDX. The fiance department made the paperwork process easy, we showed up from an hour drive and we were out in about an hour. Driving back home.

Always have a 5 star experience at Bakersfield Acura. Just bought my second Acura from Michael Gonzales. He makes it so easy and low pressure. They make it easy from start to finish, finance process is easy and simple too! Service department is stellar. Can’t say a bad thing about the buying experience or the service they provide after purchase. Everyone is friendly and is eager to help.

I recently purchased a new car and had a fantastic experience at Acura! Michael was the sales rep who helped me, and he was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers. I’m really happy with my new car—Acura has some beautiful, high-quality vehicles. Highly recommend both the dealership and Michael if you’re in the market for a new ride!

My partner and I just purchased a pre-owned car from Bakersfield Acura. Our salesperson, Michael G., greeted us with a genuine smile in the parking lot. We test drove the specific car we came for. Michael was transparent and knowledgeable about everything we asked. Zero pressure about other cars outside our price range. He's quite honestly the quality of person you'd want to meet anywhere. The next day, Mike and his manager, Juan, worked hard to get us the numbers we wanted for the down payment, monthly, and even the best APR %. It wasn't easy but they did not give up. I mean...they did NOT give up! Angela was incredibly helpful when it came to understanding the financing. We did not go there for a 2025 Acura. In fact, we were checking out the cheapest car in their lot- that did not matter, whatsoever to the team there. Dignity. Respect. Kindness. Integrity. That is what you will find when you arrive. (No this wasn't a paid endorsement- it's an actual customer review 😁) Many thanks to all of you at Bakersfield Acura. **Attention HR Manager: If you can't give Michael a raise this pay period, at least get him a 6 pack of Red Bull. Bought a 2025 Acura Integra type S from them today. Yesterday after the horrible experience with Capitol Acura from San Jose. I went home and started looking online for the vehicle I wanted after a few minutes I found d the car I was looking for in Bakersfield Acura. I called them and Mike answer the phone I told him what I want it and if he could give me the price out of the door for the vehicle, within 10 minutes I got and offer I talked with Mike to see if we could negotiate a better deal with me and in less than 30 minutes he got what I wanted So we got into an agreement for me to pick up the car today. As soon as I got to the dealership you could feel the good vibe and the willingness to help me out and to work with me in about 2 hours I have the whole deal closed. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a sales team that are willing to work with you. Big shout out to Mike.
