It’s where my daughter got her first Kia which we do enjoy. The service is good and everyone is friendly. Update: Once we find the car after servicing, the plastic is still on the seat, all the paperwork is on the dashboard. Why was that? I would post the video if I can.

We started our search for a car for our daughter by following up on some Internet pricing from big local Kia dealerships. And then—enter our heroes—Dustin and Emily at Garff Kia in Avondale. From the moment we walked in, they were respectful, straightforward, and honest. They truly felt like the best Kia dealership in the entire Valley—the kind of place that actually treats customers like humans. We told them upfront that if they could honor the Internet pricing we were seeing, we were ready to buy fast—like, “wrap this up in 30 minutes” fast. And they did exactly that. No bait. No switch. No dramatic plot twists. They also gave us a very fair trade-in value for our vehicle. We test-drove the car, moved into financing, and the entire process was smooth, clear, and downright pleasant. Even the finance guy, who offered additional packages, backed off immediately when we declined—no pressure, no guilt trip. Before Garff Kia in Avondale, we had gone to a Kia dealership in Central Phoenix—one close to home—and the second we walked in, our Internet-price expectations were hijacked by a stereotypical wheeling-and-dealing salesman. He immediately raised the Internet price by over $6,000. It felt like the classic bait-and-switch scene everyone warns you about.

This was hands down the BEST experience eve in a purchase of a car! Samantha Burke was our sales person & she was absolutely amazing!! She was professional & knowledgeable of the KIA brand!! She went above and beyond with her customer service and wanted to thank her for always be so prompt in answering all our questions!

Went to buy a $16,800 dollar car. After getting ready to sign papers I noticed the price was at the old listing of $17500! There was a $895 dollar charge for a "pre-installed "security system they put in, that I did not want, and they refused to take off. There was 399 for door trim protectors that were old and probably came with the used car, and a 499 dollar charge for a clear wrap front paint protector. The paint was old and already chipped, what are you doing putting on a wrap to keep those old chips protected longer?? Ended up paying a lot of hidden fees. Lies about the security system perks that don't work on that old of a car. Just avoid them! Nevermind the A/C didn't work inside the building. If they can't fix their own building how do you expect your new or used car to be fixed!
