“This entire dealership is a scam. I bought a car from them in November 2024 and have had nothing but issues ever since. In February, the car had major engine failure and had to be towed to the dealership. I only had the car for 3 months. They claimed they fixed it after almost 3 weeks. It cost me over $2k after negotiating down the price from $4k since it was a recent purchase. It had an extensive list of things that needed to be fixed. I had NOTHING on my paperwork about any other issues with the car. I was not told anything. I go get my car’s heat fixed somewhere else and get informed that I have a cracked exhaust manifold, the wiring from the previous repair was not hooked back up, and my car is leaking oil again. I called the dealership today to see if the cracked exhaust manifold would be covered since it hasn’t even been a year since the previous major repair. Not only do they lie to me saying they informed me about the cracked manifold. They also tell me I declined to have it fixed and that it was going to cost almost $1k to replace it. I was never informed about this. The fact that I’ve had this car a year and have already spent thousands is already crazy. Them wanting to me to spend another $1k? Absolutely not. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They sell cars with issues just to scam you out of money.”

“Stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. I believe this is now my 4th visit with my vehicle. I was greeted and welcomed by David Thompson when I arrived to the service center. Total time for the service was about an hour. Not bad. Waiting area was clean comfortable. Great Team. The only disappointment was the Credit card surcharge added to bill at check out time. Pretty annoying.”
