“Bought a brand new 2025 Mitsubishi outlander se love the car gorgeous. Got it on November 8th. Car died 3 times in 2 days. Went to dealership got new battery thought would fix issue. Didn't. Have to jump every morning before work and at work to get home. Been in contact with the dealership since Tuesday ( got the battery on Monday the 10th) about getting issue fixed and also a loaner vehicle since the car is brand new. And responses have been slow and lack luster. When issue is fixed and stays resolved I'll gladly give higher rating but until then since buying a new car kinda feel like an after thought to them. Update. Issues has been fixed. The only concern is the time it was fixed kept getting changed due to lack of communication in service department. Even when I have a voicemail saying one day and I called to confirm it would be done they said they never left voicemail but the issue is fixed. But the issue is fixed. And car is running great.”
