“I purchased a 2025 truck in December. At the time of purchase, there was only one key available. Before signing, I was informed that the previous owner had the second key and would be dropping it off at the dealership. I was also told that the previous owner is a friend of the sales manager. Additionally, I was assured that if the key was not returned, the dealership would provide a new key fob at no cost to me. It has now been nearly four months, and I still have not received the second key. I have been following up weekly for updates, when ideally communication should be coming from your team. If a member of management sees this, I would appreciate a call to resolve the matter. Thank you.”
