My wife and I went to 2 of the locations: Georgetown and Central (off of Burnet). Between the 2, my wife and I met the most honest and intelligent people at these locations! At Georgetown, we met Blake who was amazing and honest as well as willing to help us look for our ideal car. He tried his best to help us with the cars there, but when we asked about the car we found (and ended up buying) he told us that it was at the Central location. We talked a little while longer and my wife and I decided it was time for us to leave. We planned on going home to discuss these things further, but after a quick chat, we ended up going all the way to the Central location. There we met Kaoss, another amazing, honest, and intelligent young man who helped us find and test the car along with a couple others he brought for us to see at request. It was plain as day after driving our soon to be new car, that we knew we wanted the Honda Civic. We got the paperwork done pretty quickly and then we met the (if I remember correctly) finance manager. He is a gentleman with and epic mustache and goatee combo and had tribal tattoos on his arms. I wish I could remember his name, so I could shout him out, but it was late and it was also a very long day. Thank you so much to Roger Beasley Mazda for getting my wife and I into our new car!!! Y'all are amazing and deserve the best!! We'll be back when we need another car, definitely!!

I had an incredible all-around experience at this dealership. Everyone was super kind and friendly, the cars are reasonably priced and in good shape. Specifically, I had an outstanding experience working with Mario, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly real and down-to-earth, which immediately made the whole process feel comfortable. He treated me like a friend rather than just another customer, and that made all the difference. One thing that really stood out was how he encouraged a real test drive—no rush, no pressure, just the space to actually get a feel for the car and decide if it was right for me. Throughout the entire experience, Mario was honest, patient, and respectful, never once making me feel pushed or pressured into a decision. Buying a car can often feel stressful, but with Mario it felt smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who is authentic, low-pressure, and truly has your best interest at heart, Mario is the person to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I worked with Roger Bradley to purchase a used vehicle for my son, and that transaction went relatively well. However, my personal experience purchasing a pre-owned BMW X1 from this dealership was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly caution others against buying used luxury vehicles here. Just two days after purchasing the BMW, the engine began smoking. I immediately brought the vehicle back to be inspected and was informed that the valve cover gasket was leaking and the oil pan was also leaking. When I arrived to discuss the issue, I was left waiting for an extended period of time for someone from the sales department to speak with me—it honestly felt like I had been forgotten. This was a stark contrast to the attentiveness and urgency shown when I was in the process of buying the car. Although they said they could repair the vehicle, I was told that a loaner car would not be available for over two weeks. This was especially frustrating given that I had just traded in my Mercedes for this BMW, meaning I would be without transportation entirely. No effort was made to provide an alternative vehicle, despite the issue occurring immediately after purchase. The repair cost was quoted at $3,500. While I had purchased an extended warranty, I later learned that it does not cover luxury parts, leaving me responsible for an additional $750 out of pocket on a car I had just purchased. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a pre-owned luxury vehicle from this dealership.

had a wonderful experiencing purchasing my first mazda suv here. the team was super helpful and kind, the location is great, and they are extremely prompt in their communication. i would highly recommend this dealership and mazdas in general to anyone in the market for a new car! they are not pushy or overbearing in any way and actually have kind genuine staff across the board. thanks RB team!

Just bought my second Mazda - a CX 50 hybrid - from Roger Beasley. I loved driving my old Mazda so getting another one was an obvious choice. The car drives wonderfully and being a hybrid, it gets great gas mileage. But I also love everything about the dealership. The customer service people are friendly and informative. Kaitlyn made herself available to answer all my questions to make sure I got the right car for all my needs. I also use Roger Beasley for maintenance - they are reliable and helpful. All in all, a great car and a trustworthy dealership that I’m happy to keep working with.
