“Firstly, I will preface this review by saying I am an automotive sales manager by profession and a relatively picky buyer when it comes to vehicle purchases. Most dealerships lack professionalism and unfortunately follow the stereotype of being difficult to deal with or less than honest. My experience with MBZ Austin and Patrick Rodriguez was the complete opposite. They were extremely honest, communicative, and made the entire purchase process effortless. I committed to buying the car sight unseen from CA before any photos were even online. Patrick immediately sent me detailed videos and all of the information I requested. He kept me updated throughout the timing and logistics of the vehicle going through the CPO process and answered every question I had with transparency and urgency. Their finance manager Matt Juron was also exceptionally helpful during the signing process and provided a great deal on an additional year of CPO coverage. The vehicle arrived exactly as described and they even followed up afterward to ensure I was completely satisfied. Overall, MBZ of Austin is a true ten out of ten. I am extremely happy with my new G63 AMG and highly recommend working with Patrick and the team.”
