“Kyle Dern at Lexus of Austin Service Center consistently delivers outstanding customer service. As owners of two Lexus vehicles, all serviced at this location, we have come to rely on Kyle's expertise and dedication. He ensures our vehicles receive thorough care, recommends sensible repairs, and demonstrates impressive knowledge of both mechanical and computer systems. We always feel confident in his assessments and advice. Having owned many vehicles over the past 40 years, I rarely develop this level of trust with a dealership or service center. However, Kyle and the service team at Lexus of Austin have earned our family’s confidence through their exceptional service and genuine care for our Lexus vehicles.”

“Amazing experience! I had the good fortune of being welcomed back to Lexus after a couple of years since owning one. Many thanks to the wonderful team at Lexus of Austin. Devin St. Hill from the sales team was a phenomenal sales consultant. Clifford Jacobus is one of, if not the best, finance managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. And lastly, Chris Lopez, who is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, is a terrific delivery specialist. If you’re looking for a reliable vehicle and a white glove, seamless experience, please give them a call, set up an appointment, and let the team at Lexus of Austin work their magic, as they do every day. Thanks to them I have an LX 600, and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.”

“Don't come here. They totalled my car and nearly killed me. I went in for the first time for a 70K mile tune up, they rotated my tires and didn't torque them correctly. Few hundred miles later, the wheels came flying off and my cars wheel axles hit the ground. I towed it back to them & they proceeded to keep my car from July to October, then gave it back completely misaligned. They gave it back with unfinished repairs to the damage they caused. I had to go back to make them finish it. Jim is the GM & pathetic. I would come in for updates on my car and he would literally turn on his heel and speed it to the opposite direction whenever he saw me. He would pass me off to sales teams just to not talk to me even though I was obviously there dealing with their service team. I used to handle online presence for all car dealerships & they're all pretty much middle man feudal systems set up under the GM, but Jim really is a human representation of that industry secret. Kyle was my advisor from start to finish. He was responsible for the original work that ruined my car, he was listed as the advisor for the repairs for the damage they caused, and responsible for when I brought it in again to make them finish repairs. After all of this, Kyle says my car is actually still in critical condition & I should give them thousands to fix it. Likely damage caused by driving in it while it was unsafe from their actions. They will usually send you a video of your car once the advisor inspects it. I should have known when Kyle sent me a video of someone else's vehicle inspection, something was wrong. I still haven't received the original inspection video, only the one single video claiming I need to give them more money for repairs & replacements in the 6 months I dealt with them. Go anywhere but here for your car needs.”

“Where oil changes come with biscotti bliss Let’s be honest: my Lexus hasn’t had a single diva moment. No breakdowns, no drama—just smooth rides and the occasional oil change. But that hasn’t stopped the service team at Lexus of Austin from treating me like I just rolled in with a flaming transmission and a Grammy nomination. Every visit is a masterclass in friendly efficiency. They handle minor warranty tweaks and routine maintenance with the kind of precision that makes you wonder if NASA secretly trained them. And while my car gets pampered, I get to enjoy the real MVP: the coffee bar. We’re talking capachino that doesn’t taste like regret, plus snacks so good I’ve considered showing up early just to “inspect” the biscotti situation. It’s like a mini vacation for both me and my vehicle—minus the awkward sunscreen application. Bottom line: Lexus of Austin’s service department is where reliability meets hospitality. They keep my car humming and my snack cravings satisfied. Five stars, zero stress, and one very spoiled driver.”
