âI had another excellent experience working with Kyle Dern at Lexus of Austin. Kyle has been servicing my entire familyâs vehicles for years, and last week was no exception. He always makes the process smooth, stress-free, and efficient. I brought in my mother-in-lawâs â21 RX350 for service on the battery.
Kyle communicates clearly, keeps me updated, and handles every detail with care. While getting the battery replaced, he discovered it was a certified vehicle, eligible for additional service. Since I wasnât sure when the car was last serviced, being advised on this allowed for my mother-in-lawâs car to get the best service possible. Letâs be honest: my Lexus hasnât had a single diva moment. No breakdowns, no dramaâjust smooth rides and the occasional oil change. But that hasnât stopped the service team at Lexus of Austin from treating me like I just rolled in with a flaming transmission and a Grammy nomination.
Every visit is a masterclass in friendly efficiency. They handle minor warranty tweaks and routine maintenance with the kind of precision that makes you wonder if NASA secretly trained them. And while my car gets pampered, I get to enjoy the real MVP: the coffee bar.
Weâre talking capachino that doesnât taste like regret, plus snacks so good Iâve considered showing up early just to âinspectâ the biscotti situation. Itâs like a mini vacation for both me and my vehicleâminus the awkward sunscreen application.
